
Back Office Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Management**: update the content on the said platform as per requirement. ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Maintain data related to marketing activities, track follow up performance, and generate reports for the submission to assess effectiveness.
- **Lead Database Management**: Maintain and update lead lists, ensuring proper segmentation and accuracy of customer information in CRM systems.
- **Telemarketing**: handling correspondence, coordinating schedules, and maintaining files related to marketing projects. arrange for a demonstration. need to do minimum 40 calls for demonstration.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to support overall strategies and provide insights based on data and operational findings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a back-office support role or administrative tasks is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of inbound marketing strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a strong focus on supporting the marketing team.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
