**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development and Execution**:

- Develop and manage content marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the website, blog, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- **SEO/SEM Management**:

- Optimize website content for SEO and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors to improve organic rankings and paid ad performance.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and tools to stay ahead of the curve.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and measure performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative ideas.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
