**Job Title: Debt Collection - International Process**

**Location**: Delhi, India
**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift (Work from Office)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Debt Collection**: Contact international clients to recover outstanding debts in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Client Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to discuss payment terms and resolve any payment issues.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record all interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries regarding their debts and provide assistance as needed.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on collections, pending cases, and resolution status.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients across diverse cultures.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Knowledge of Debt Recovery**: Prior experience in debt collection or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Schedule**: Night shifts with 5 working days per week (Monday to Friday).
- **Work Environment**: Office-based, located in Delhi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
