Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 9-Hour Shift
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **smart, organized, and friendly Front Desk Scheduler/Receptionist** to manage patient and doctor schedules at our busy and reputed physiotherapy and rehab centre. If you are confident with **Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet**, fluent in **English**, and can handle front desk responsibilities with patience and professionalism, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage patient **appointments and scheduling** for multiple doctors using Google sheet
- Handle **Zoom and Google Meet** setups for virtual consults and meetings as per IST especially for foreign clients/patients
- Attend and respond to **calls and WhatsApp messages** when required
- Assist in **maintaining progress sheets and patient case files** for doctors
- Track **package renewals and follow-ups** using logs
- Greet and guide patients with **politeness, kindness, and clarity**
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel & Google sheets**:
- Comfortable using **Zoom/Google Meet**:
- Good understanding and communication in **English (spoken and written)**:
- Well-organized, presentable, and patient-focused
- Prior experience in **medical or clinic front desk roles** is a plus
