**JOB TITLE : Administrative Class Teacher (11th & 12th Commerce)**No of Opening - 01 Location - Kandivali WestJob type - Full time (12:30 p.m. to 09.00 p.m.)**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Administrative Class Teacher** for **11th & 12th Commerce**, who will take full responsibility for students' academic progress and overall discipline. The role involves **teaching 11th & 12th Commerce as needed, coordinating with lecturers and students for scheduling lectures, maintaining records, supervising academic activities, and ensuring a structured learning environment.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Responsibilities**:

- Take full responsibility for **11th &12th Commerce** students, guiding them in their academic journey.
- Coordinate with other lecturers to **schedule and manage lectures** efficiently.
- Ensure students attend scheduled lectures and monitor their progress.
- **Administrative & Coordination Duties**:

- Maintain **accurate academic records**, attendance, and performance data.
- Ensure a **disciplined and structured learning environment** within the class.
- Organize and **conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)** as needed.
- Supervise classroom lectures and ensure adherence to teaching guidelines.
- Report all **necessary academic and administrative data** to seniors and superiors.
- **Student Engagement & Discipline**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for **11th & 12th Commerce students**, addressing their academic concerns.
- Maintain proper discipline in the classroom and ensure student compliance with institutional policies.
- Encourage student participation and monitor their academic performance regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field.**:

- Strong organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage students, maintain discipline, and create a structured academic environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining records and reporting to seniors.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
