Preschool Teacher

**Position**: Preschool Teacher
**Location**: Sarjapur Road, Bangalore
**Qualification**: ECCEd / NTT / Montessori Certification
**Experience**: 1-3 years (in preschool/early childhood education)
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Gender Preference**: Female

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions for preschool children.
- Focus on foundational literacy, numeracy, motor, and social skills.
- Implement age-appropriate teaching methods (play-based / Montessori).
- Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring a caring and nurturing environment.
- Organize storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and activity-based learning.
- Assess children’s progress and communicate updates with parents.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children in the classroom.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
- Creative teaching methods with activity-based learning approach.
- Ability to manage and engage young children effectively.
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
