**Position Summary**

The Communications & Advocacy State Associate (CASA) is a member of a Pratham state team and will support the early years government partnership program in the state. With the growing documentation demands made of the Pratham team by the state government, this person will be responsible to help with the creation of key program documents for the state team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Creation of important govt documents which are regularly demanded by governments - e.g., minutes of meetings, presentations to report weekly / monthly progress
- Creation of program documents which capture Pratham’s initiatives in the state for advocacy purposes
- Working with Media Mitra to support video documentation of Pratham’s initiatives in the state for advocacy purposes
- Creation of case studies and other donor-related documents
- Additional support to state team leadership in the program - to be defined by each state as per state’s needs and person’s capabilities

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (written & oral) in English as well as state language
- Good knowledge / context of Pratham GP program in the state - the state team leadership will be responsible for providing CASA with adequate field & program experience to write / document all programs and initiatives
- Not simultaneously engaged in any other full-time task in the state - e.g., content, measurement, program leadership, location leadership etc

**Reporting & mentoring**
- Reporting to the state head
- Will be additionally mentored by the program’s central PMG Location
- CASA must be based in the office where the state team for the state-wide partnership sits out of Panchkula

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Panchkula - 134109, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
