Strong Force is a leading company which provides construction labour and workers, seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Associate to join our team.
*Job Summary:*
*Key Responsibilities:*
3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
6. Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
8. Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
9. Ensure compliance with Canadian employment laws and regulations.
10. Analyze recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators.
*Requirements:*
1. Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
3. Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
1. CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation.
2. Experience with recruitment marketing strategies.
3. Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
