Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for customers at all times.Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide assistance in finding products.
- Engage with customers to understand their cycling preferences, experience level, and specific requirements.
- Offer personalized recommendations on bicycles, accessories, and gear based on individual needs and interests.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and performance characteristics to customers.
- Assist customers in test riding bicycles and provide guidance on proper fit and adjustments.
- Proactively approach customers to promote sales and upsell additional products or services.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
- Assist with merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining visual presentation standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
