Job Summary: We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Junior Doctors with BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) or BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) qualifications to join our healthcare team. As a Junior Doctor, you will be an essential member of our medical staff, providing primary healthcare services and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patient Consultation:

- Conduct patient consultations to assess medical histories, symptoms, and complaints.
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as required.
- Analyze test results and provide accurate medical assessments.
- Treatment and Medication:

- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, based on their medical conditions and holistic healthcare principles.
- Prescribe medications, herbal remedies, and dietary recommendations in accordance with BHMS or BAMS principles.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Health Education:

- Educate patients on preventive healthcare practices, healthy lifestyle choices, and disease management.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and self-care practices to promote overall well-being.
- Patient Records and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to medical record-keeping guidelines.
- Collaborative Approach:

- Work collaboratively with other medical professionals, including senior doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff.
- Participate in medical team discussions to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Emergency Response:

- Provide immediate medical attention and support in case of medical emergencies.
- Stabilize patients and make appropriate referrals if required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- BHMS or BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the respective state medical council.
- Knowledge of homeopathic or ayurvedic principles and practices, depending on the qualification.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest medical advancements and practices.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid nursing license from the Rajasthan Nursing Council. Proven experience as a Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and infection control protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to caregiving. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
