**Qualification & EligibilityCriteria**:
Graduates and/or postgraduates, In-depth understanding of Domain

Flexible to work in any shifts, extra hours and weekend (ifrequired), Flexibility to work on Indian Holidays

**Role: RTR - Team Member**

**Desired Exp. Range - 1 -5 Yrs**

Passing Journal Entries and Ledger Postings

Month End Close Activities

Accounting for Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting entries, Payrollpostings and reconciliation

Preparation / maintenance of schedules for accruals and prepayments

Preparation of balance sheet recons

Identify open items and its closure within timelines

Clearing bank open items on daily basis by working with other towers

Statutory & Monthly Financial Reporting

Handling Audit queries

**Role: RTR - Team Lead**

**Desired Exp. Range - 6 - 10 Yrs**

Deliver a full range of RTR services in compliance within timeframefor the below mentioned sub processes

Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review

Researching/reconciling of accounts payable and accounts receivables

Quality control review

Address escalations

Managing & improving Customer Experience

Employee Development & improvement of Employee satisfaction index

Qualifications :BACHELOR OF COMMERCE
