Job Title: Record to Report Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of Record to Report Supervisor at our organization.

This position requires strong expertise in accounting principles and experience managing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end close and reporting
  • Oversee adherence to key metrics and SLAs, as well as timely execution of controls
  • Drive audit results and timely submission of evidence according to requirements
  • Develop customer relationships, enhance confidence, and improve customer satisfaction, leading process updates as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Minimum qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
    • Meaningful work experience
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Candidates with CA Inter degree and relevant experience in General Ledger
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
    • Ability to work with various ERP systems - JDE and SAP
