Job Description - Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Position Overview:
The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and prospective clients at the sales office. The role requires excellent communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and receive clients, visitors, and guests warmly at the front desk.
- Maintain a professional reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Coordinate and manage client appointments, meetings, and walk-ins efficiently.
- Provide accurate project information and direct visitors to the concerned sales representatives.
- Maintain visitor records, manage sign-ins, and oversee security protocol at entry points.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as documentation, follow-up calls, and scheduling.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and office hospitality arrangements.

Desired Profile:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professionally dressed to represent the company’s brand image positively.
- Pleasant personality with the ability to handle client interactions confidently and courteously.
- Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
