**Job Title**: PGT Biology Teacher
**Location**: Baru Sahib, Himachal Pradesh
**Experience**: 2 to 6 years
**Salary**: ₹40,000 to ₹45,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Biology to Grades 11 & 12 in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, practical's, and interactive sessions.
- Develop and evaluate assessments, assignments, and exams.
- Track and report on student progress, maintaining academic records.
- Prepare students for board exams and other competitive assessments.
- Encourage students to participate in science fairs, Olympiads, and other co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary learning.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and training programs as needed.

**Requirements**:

- M.Sc. in Biology/Zoology/Botany or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- 2 to 6 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Proficiency in English and strong classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with smart classroom tools and online teaching platforms.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Experience in a residential or boarding school setting.
- Strong moral values and alignment with the holistic education philosophy of Baru Sahib.
