Pgt Mathematics Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Lesson Planning**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IGCSE).
- Design engaging lessons that accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Implement a range of teaching strategies to promote understanding of mathematical concepts.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct periodic assessments (both formative and summative) to gauge student understanding.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.
- Maintain records of students’ progress and achievement, including detailed reports and grades.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive and productive learning environment through effective classroom management.
- Promote discipline and respect in the classroom while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Address individual student needs and provide additional support to struggling students.
- **Student Development**:

- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students.
- Support students’ holistic development by addressing both academic and personal growth.
- Provide mentoring and guidance on academic and career-related matters.
- **Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall teaching and learning experience.
- Attend faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
- Participate in professional development programs and workshops to keep abreast of educational trends and best practices in mathematics education.
- **Curriculum and Resource Development**:

- Contribute to the development and revision of the mathematics curriculum.
- Prepare and maintain teaching materials, resources, and aids (e.g., visual aids, worksheets, digital content).
- Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance learning outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Mathematics.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Master of Education.
- C.TET and TET is required.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- In-depth knowledge of mathematics concepts and teaching methodologies.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of diverse learning abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to achieve academic success.

**Additional Information**:

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Hours: 7 am to 1 pm and 3.50 pm to 8 pm
- Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
