**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be our marketing lab coat and megaphone. Your goal? Help us test, learn, and optimise across multiple channels to find product-market fit and high-performing acquisition loops.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- **AI-Driven Marketing Ops**:Use AI tools and automation platforms (think: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, SurferSEO, AdCreative.ai, etc.) to rapidly generate ad copy, creatives, A/B tests, and performance reports.
- **Full-Funnel Optimisation**:Define goals, audiences, messaging, and timelines for each campaign. Adapt and pivot fast based on real-time results and insights.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:Monitor key KPIs, iterate based on data, and prepare actionable insights and reports for founders and stakeholders.
- **Budget Management**:Forecast spend, track budgets, monitor cost-effectiveness, and adjust allocation based on what channels show the most promise.
- **Feedback Loop & Strategy Evolution**:Conduct post-campaign debriefs, document learnings, and refine marketing strategy to drive traction, reach, and growth.
**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or startup background preferred).
- Proven experience running and scaling multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from campaign data and user behaviour.
- Experience with digital ad tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and marketing analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for copywriting, design, and automation.
- A test-and-learn mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, lean budgets, and fast iteration.
- Strong content sense and ability to craft or guide high-converting creatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organisational skills.

Pay: ₹11,507.64 - ₹17,269.06 per month
