Security Guard

**Responsibilities**:
- Patrol the premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to security threats.
- Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and directing visitors to the appropriate areas.
- Conduct security checks of vehicles, packages, and individuals entering or leaving the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, following established procedures.
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or breaches of security.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, activities, and observations.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
- Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and contractors as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field preferred.
- Security guard certification or training preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of security procedures, regulations, and protocols.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
