**Summary of Duties: Full Job Description**
Responsible for managing all a spect s of the Ammonia r efrigeration Section. You will be responsible for
performing specific preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repair, and
other tasks and techniques to keep refrigeration systems in operational conditions to meet production,
refrigeration, and storage needs.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
This position is a h ands-on po sition. Meaning you will work to make this plant functional firs t and
foremost.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform installation, alteration of Ammonia refrigeration systems and related equipment/facilities;
- Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Perform installation, alteration of Ammonia refrigeration systems and related equipment/facilities;
- Design a Preventative Maintenance Program and documenting work performed on equipment to

maintain in operation.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing and refrigeration equipment or systems
- Perform daily rounds/checks of ammonia system
- Provide technical support and plant leadership for refrigeration equipment troubleshooting and

modification
- Perform both uptime and downtime preventative maintenance
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
- Assist in training new employees
- Other duties as assigned.

**Key Relationships (reporting lines and internal external relationships)**:

- Reports to the Engineering & Technical Manager, General Manager
- Reporting to this position:

- Ammonia Technicians
- In dotted lines all Casual Labourers, contractors working within the CCCS Engineering field
Key internal &external contacts: Operations manager, HRM, FM, Frigoriste, Ammonia Refrigeration
Technicians, IPHS Engineering and Operation representative, Supplier representatives.

**Experience, Knowledge, Competencies and Skills required**:

- Five years of industrial ammonia refrigeration, in a food manufacturing environment will be

preferred.
- Knowledge electrical and/or mechanical maintenance op eration s management in a food

manufa cturin g environment.
- Safety Man agement an d Risk Management experie nce with an ammonia r efrigeration sy stem

preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency events

**Essential I Job Specific Training Required**:

- GMP / GHP ( Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Hygiene Practices)
- HACCP - concept and specific critical control points for the area
- Applicable Operating Procedures.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
