**Role & responsibilities**
- **Website Management**: Oversee the company's different websites, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO. Collaborate with web developers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages
- **SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and run paid search advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase website traffic and visibility
- **Budget Management**: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Use digital analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- **Lead Generation**: Implement strategies to generate leads through various digital channels and convert them into customers
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ Yrs of experience as Manager Digital Marketing / Campaigns Management
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving marketing goals and driving revenue growth.
