We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our digital marketing team to assist in the execution of various online marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in the development of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Help manage social media accounts by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Assist in the execution of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging digital assets.
- Provide administrative support to the digital marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new ideas and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Mailchimp).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
