**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars, set up meetings and Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Liaise with internal staff at all level
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Interact with external clients
- Supervise, coach and train admin staff
- Take minutes during meetings
- Handles confidential information; organizes and maintains files

- Honest, Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
**Essential Requirements**
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Graduate education
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Pivot Tables, Linking sheets, VlOOKUP, HLOOkUP) understanding of entire MS Office suite - Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Good Typing Skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
