**Reports to**: Sales Team Lead/Sales Manager

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and an ability to understand customer needs to provide effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of products/services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies and goals.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
- **Timely reporting to the team head/Lead**:Report to the Sales Team Lead/Sales head according to the instructions within the specified time

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of **1-2 years in a similar role.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Experience in the ed-tech industry will be preferred**

**Skills**:

- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and open to feedback for continuous improvement
