**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Penetration**: Identify and target retailers and wholesalers in the fitness fashion sector, with a focus on expanding our brand presence in Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, and surrounding areas.
- **Client Relations**: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, ensuring they are well-versed in our product offerings and brand story.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, with a focus on growth and profitability.
- **Product Knowledge**: Present the features and benefits of our fitness apparel, focusing on innovation in design, performance fabrics, and fit, tailored for athletes and active individuals.
- **Deal Closing**: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and agreements with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions in the fitness fashion industry to capitalize on new opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product launches and brand campaigns.
- **Travel & Field Visits**: Regularly visit retailers and wholesalers to maintain strong relationships, monitor in-store displays, and explore new business opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide timely and detailed sales reports to management, outlining performance metrics, client feedback, and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fitness fashion or activewear industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the North Indian market, especially Punjab, Delhi, and Haryana regions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence and engage clients.
- A passion for fitness and an understanding of activewear trends and consumer demands.
- Self-motivated, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools and proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in fitness fashion or athletic apparel sales.
- Fluency in regional languages (e.g., Punjabi, Hindi).
