**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and manage accounting records using **Tally ERP**.
- Handle day-to-day finance operations, including **accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation**, and **finalisation of accounts**.
- Ensure compliance with **Direct & Indirect Tax regulations** such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Advise on **tax-saving strategies** and identify tax planning opportunities.
- Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities for **business registration, licensing**, and **issue resolutions**.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and filing for audits and inspections.
- Minimum **2-3 years** of relevant experience in a CA firm or auditing environment.
- Proficient in **Tally ERP** and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Good understanding of **taxation laws**, **labour codes**, and **corporate compliance**.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet department officers and handle compliance visits.
