**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Assistance**:

- Support in planning and executing internal, statutory, and tax audits for diverse clients.
- Review and analyze financial statements, records, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing audit reports, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- **Accounting Support**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with accounting principles.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger updates.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- **Tax and Compliance**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements and deadlines.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and provide periodic updates on engagement progress.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication to build strong client relationships.
- **General Support**:

- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and audit regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the audit and accounts team as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Pursuing or completed CA Inter / CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
