We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our prestigious luxury high-end beauty brand. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to our discerning clientele. Your expertise in beauty products and trends will play a key role in elevating the shopping experience and fostering lasting customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and engaging clients, identifying their beauty needs, and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our luxury beauty products, ingredients, and formulations to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct one-on-one beauty consultations to understand individual preferences and tailor beauty routines accordingly.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and the latest beauty innovations to provide up-to-date advice and recommendations.
- Create a luxurious and inviting atmosphere in the store, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience for customers.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's impeccable appearance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets, actively promoting new product launches and exclusive offerings.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Attend brand training sessions to stay informed about new product launches and brand values.
- Participate in events and promotional activities to showcase the brand's image and offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role, preferably in a luxury high-end beauty environment.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry with an in-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
- Outstanding sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Professional and polished appearance, representing the brand's luxury image.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
