Multi-asset Trader

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and disciplined **Trader** to join our remote trading team.

**Job Summary**

The Trader will be responsible for executing trades across multiple asset classes, managing real-time risk, and contributing to the firm’s trading strategies. This is a **remote, full-time role based in India**, with working hours aligned to NY **U.S. market hours**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute trades across various asset classes (crypto, equities, ETFs, commodities) **wherever you feel comfortable**.
- Implement daily risk controls and drawdown limits.
- Maintain discipline in trade execution and position sizing.
- Monitor markets and develop trade ideas in collaboration with the CIO.
- Use platforms such as MetaTrader 5, Interactive Brokers (IBKR), or cTrader with risk tools.
- Record and evaluate performance metrics regularly using tools like Tradervue.
- Adhere to all internal risk protocols and compliance guidelines.

**Compensation**
- **Starting Fixed Salary**: ₹66,000/month
- **Performance-Based Bonus**: 10% of successful (profitable) trades each month, based on performance and winning trade ratio.
- Salary increases over time based on consistency, discipline, and performance results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of trading experience across any of the following: crypto, equities, or commodities.
- Strong understanding of risk management and trade discipline.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Proficiency in at least one trading platform (MT5, IBKR, cTrader, etc.).
- Ability to work **U.S. market hours (approx. 6:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST)**.
- **Very stable and high-speed internet connection is essential** - trading requires real-time execution without delay.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently from home.

Pay: ₹66,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
