Front Office Receptionist

**Guest Reception**:
- Greeting attendees upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Checking in guests, verifying registrations, and providing event badges.
- Directing guests to designated areas based on their registration details or event schedule.
- **Registration Management**:
- Managing the registration desk, handling check-in procedures, and resolving any registration issues.
- Collecting attendee information, managing registration lists, and updating databases.
- **Communication and Information Provision**:
- Answering inquiries from attendees regarding event details, schedules, venue layout, and directions.
- Providing information about event amenities, speaker schedules, and important announcements.
- **Pre-Event Setup**:
- Assisting in setting up the registration area, including signage, tables, and necessary materials.
- Coordinating with other event staff to ensure smooth pre-event logistics.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintaining accurate records of attendee information and registration details.
- Managing incoming calls and messages, directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Handling lost and found items.
- **Customer Service**:
- Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive event experience.
**Required Skills**:
- **Excellent communication skills**: Ability to interact with diverse individuals in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Strong organizational skills**: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring accurate information is provided to guests and all registration processes are followed.
