**Job Profile: Office Coordinator/Receptionist (Female)**
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Prior experience in handling educational institutes will be given preference.
- Excellent organizational & time management & skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable but not mandatory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage front desk operations.
- Managing inquiries and providing information about courses, programs, and services.
- Assisting in the organization and execution of events, workshops, and seminars.
- Collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Type and maintain syllabus/curriculum of the academy.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, maintaining data etc.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and record-keeping.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and information dissemination.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
