**Job Title**: Chef/Cook (Hotel Management Fresher)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items as per the food cart's offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area.
- Assist in setting up and closing the food cart daily.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of low inventory.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with patrons.
- Assist in developing new recipes or menu items, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or a related culinary course.
- A strong passion for cooking and exploring new cuisines.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, plating, and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
