**Press shop supervisor**

Qualification - Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience - Min 3 years experience in mechanical and pneumatic presses, decoilers, feeders etc.

Role Responsibility:

- Developing production plans and schedules, ensuring that production targets are met, and identifying ways to increase efficiency and productivity
- Implementing quality control procedures to ensure that products meet the required specifications and standards.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Generating reports on production output, quality control, and other metrics as required by management.

**Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- strong leadership and communication skills

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
