- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- **Office Organization**:

- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- **Appointment and Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Assist in preparing internal and external documents.

**Account Assistance**:

- **Bookkeeping**:

- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- **Invoicing and Billing**:

- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable.
- **Expense Management**:

- Record and track company expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in office administration or a relevant role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
