**Your mission**

As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you directly influence the finance management & reporting for Kanthal India. You will be responsible for managing all Transactional Accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivables/Payables, General Ledger, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition. You will drive the Budget and Financial forecasts and Variance reporting. Preparation and ensuring quality of timely financial statements and reports are a key deliverable for this role.

You will independently manage day to day functions of Accounts Receivables, Customer reconciliation, Indirect & Direct Tax and ensure statutory compliance of filing GST/TDS returns. You will also manage the treasury function for the unit including bank guarantees, letter of credit etc.

This role is greatly about your ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve your goals. You are expected to contribute to the growth of business by bringing continuous improvements, using insights and analytics.

As the Assistant Manager - Finance, you will report to the Business Controller - Kanthal India and will be a crucial part of our team.

**Your profile**

We would like a CA or CMA with minimum 5 years of experience in accounting & finance in an MNC, preferably in a manufacturing environment. CA Inter & CMA inter can also apply. A thorough knowledge of accounting principles, Accounting Standards and procedures is a must for this role. You should have experience with creating financial statements and in general Ledger functions including month/year end closing process. Prior experience of M3 system will be a great advantage.

Your ability to work in a team oriented, cross functional collaborative environment is one of the important requirement for this role.

We consider Communication to be a key enabler and fluency in both written & verbal English is a must.
