**Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Planning**:

- Evaluate children’s fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills using standardized tools and clinical observations.
- Develop individualized therapy plans (ITPs) based on assessment results, tailored to meet the child’s unique developmental needs.
- Collaborate with parents and other therapists to establish achievable, measurable goals for therapy.

**Therapeutic Interventions**:

- Design and implement engaging, child-centered therapy sessions to promote motor skill development, sensory regulation, and functional independence.
- Use evidence-based interventions, including sensory integration techniques, play-based approaches, and task-specific training.
- Address challenges with handwriting, self-care routines, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).

**Parent & Caregiver Education**:

- Provide guidance to parents and caregivers on strategies to support the child’s development at home.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on topics such as sensory regulation, adaptive techniques, and promoting independence.

**Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with speech therapists, behavior therapists, psychologists, and educators to provide holistic care.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and strategy reviews to ensure integrated therapy approaches.
- Adapt therapy programs based on input from the team and the child’s progress.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Regularly review and update therapy goals to reflect the child’s development.
- Contribute to monthly or quarterly reports for parent reviews and case evaluations.

**Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- 1-3 years of experience working with children in a therapy or developmental setting is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
