Job Title: Occupational TherapistDescription:We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism and other developmental needs.The successful candidate will conduct individual OT sessions tailored to each child's therapy goals and functional needs.They will assess children using standardized OT tools to evaluate fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, coordination and motor planning.The Occupational Therapist will develop and implement customized Occupational Therapy Intervention Plans.Key Responsibilities:Providing sensory integration therapy, handwriting support, ADL training, and motor skill development.Maintaining accurate session documentation and updating therapy goals periodically.Collaborating with special educators, ABA therapists, program coordinators, families, and educating parents on home-based programs and therapeutic carryover.Required Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
