**Stipend**:₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

**Position Overview**:
The Academic Counselor Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting students preparing for entrance exams such as CUET, CLAT, and IP MAT. The internship provides an excellent opportunity for those interested in academic counseling and student support to gain hands-on experience in advising, guiding, and mentoring students through their exam preparation journey. Under the supervision of experienced academic counselors, the intern will assist in developing personalized study plans, providing exam strategies, and offering guidance on time management, stress management, and other aspects of academic preparation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing academic counseling and guidance to students preparing for CUET, CLAT, and IP MAT entrance exams.
- Help students create customized study plans that align with their individual strengths, weaknesses, and exam goals.
- Support in organizing and conducting workshops, mock tests, and information sessions focused on exam preparation strategies.
- Provide individual counseling to students on time management, study techniques, and exam-taking strategies.
- Assist in tracking student progress and identifying areas where additional support or resources are needed.
- Help prepare study materials, practice questions, and other resources that aid students in their exam preparation.
- Provide referrals to relevant resources (e.g., coaching centers, study groups, tutoring services) as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies.
- Assist in organizing career counseling sessions, addressing post-exam pathways, and discussing career opportunities.
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with the counseling team to improve services for students preparing for competitive exams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of strategies and materials for entrance exam preparation.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- A genuine interest in helping students succeed academically and prepare for competitive entrance exams.
- Basic understanding of entrance exams like CUET, CLAT, and IP MAT (preferred but not required).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with student management systems (preferred).
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
