Counseling and assessing the client
- Determining the visa type and advising the client on the process
- Providing details on costs involved including the stage on which the payment is to be made
- Collecting payments and issuing receipts
- Forwarding the payment to relevant person in accounts department
- Creating record for the client in the software
- Signing the contract / declaration
- Handing over the forms / checklists to the clients

**Relationship Management**
- Handling queries over the phone
- Handing over / forwarding the communication to the clients relevant to the stage.
- Monitoring deadlines on daily basis and following up the clients
- Entering the communication with the client in the software

**Capacity Building**
- Develop expertise in the products of the companies and allied fields.
- Train and Mentor newly recruited Sales Executive

**Team Handling**
- Develop and Exhibit skills to handle the team of sales executive in absence of the Branch Manager.

Other duties as allocated by the management from time to time

**Salary**: ₹12,140.66 - ₹50,000.00 per month
