**Outbound Calling**:Make outbound calls to a list of potential customers or leads.
Introduce the company's products or services to potential clients.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

**Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling.
Collect and record relevant information from prospects.

**Sales and Promotions**:Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or take a desired action.
Use sales scripts or product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits.
Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.

**Customer Service**:Handle incoming calls from customers or clients.
Address inquiries, resolve complaints, or provide product information.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Data Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Input customer information into the company's database.

**Follow-Up**:Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries or requests.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions.
Continuously update knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.

**Compliance**:Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing telemarketing and customer privacy.
Follow company policies and procedures.

**Communication Skills**:Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on the phone.
Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate responses.

**Teamwork**:Collaborate with colleagues, sales teams, or supervisors to achieve common goals.
Share insights and feedback for process improvement.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
