**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate between the **sales team, production, and dispatch departments** to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and maintain **sales orders, quotations, and invoices**.
- Handle **customer inquiries**, follow up on pending orders, and update customers on order status.
- Maintain and update **sales records, reports, and databases**.
- Assist the sales team in **pricing, documentation, and tender submissions**.
- Follow up with **clients for payments, delivery schedules, and feedback**.
- Generate and share **daily/weekly/monthly sales reports** with management.
- Coordinate with **logistics and stores** for dispatch planning.
- Support marketing activities like trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing** or equivalent.
- **1-2 years** of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a **manufacturing or industrial company**.
- Proficient in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and ERP systems.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Excellent **coordination, organization, and multitasking abilities**.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
