**Job Profile**:

- Knowledge of VMC Programming and setting
- Experience on Work NC CAM software preferred
- Experience on Mitsubishi Control software
- Understanding of drawings, GD & T
- Knowledge Drills, Taps, End-mill & Reamer
- Maintain records of Quality inspection.

Run machine and produce as per cycle time meeting with quality requirements.

*

Perform proper set-up on VMC machines as per part drawing.

*

1st piece approval and fill production reports as required.

*
Maintain 5S and housekeeping around machine.
*
Follow all company safety protocol.
*
Deburr jobs by recommended tools.
*
Any other task, role, responsibility as advised by the shop in-charge / Plant manager time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

I.T.I. / DME having minimum 2 -3 years of experience of VMC machine operation
