Counter Billing

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning / end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- To ensure customer data is collected during billing.
- To ensure billing is done at the correct price of products.
- Provide hard copy of the bills to the customers.
- Provide packing lists to the store manager of require material for full day smooth operation.
- Have good knowledge of computer.
- Answer customer questions as they arise.
- Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves nearby the counter and keeping the cash counter clean and help customer in packing for a smooth check out from store.
- Taking customer suggestions / feedback and forward the same to manager.
- Strong communication, speaking and active listening.
- Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation

**Education Required:

- **12th/Graduation

**Job Timing:

- **Rotational Shift (10 Hrs.) (Day, Morning, Night)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
