We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Associate to join our team at the head office in New Delhi. The Program Associate will play a crucial role in the coordination and smooth functioning of all our projects across the three states. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively with various stakeholders, and ensure effective project implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects and report to the head office.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on set KPIs.
- Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may impact project delivery.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the availability of necessary resources, materials, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment amongst all team members

2. **Site Visits and Travel**:

- Conduct regular visits to project sites in West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha to assess project activities, provide support, and gather feedback.
- Prepare detailed trip reports and recommendations for improvement based on site visits.
- Coordinate travel logistics and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

3. **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Maintain effective communication with project partners, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and trainings to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.

4. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and donors.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and data.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

**5. Program Strategy and Fundraising**
- Work with the Advisory Board and Directors to create a strategy for _Parinaama 2026_
- Assist the finance and program team with fundraising for upcoming projects

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, international development).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the non-profit sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively to project sites within the three states.
- Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Other Indian languages are a plus.

Pay: ₹452,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
