Through our academy programs and initiatives, we equip individuals to think critically about public policy and advocate for reforms.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive **Program Associate** to join our Academy team. The Program Associate will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our training programs. This includes end-to-end program management, marketing, designing promotional materials, and cultivating partnerships to ensure the success of CCS Academy’s initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Program Management**:

- Develop, execute, and oversee CCS Academy programs, including workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor program feedback and implement improvements for future iterations.

**2. Marketing & Promotion**:

- Formulate marketing strategies to promote programs to target audiences.

**3. Institutional Partnerships**:

- Identify, pitch to, and secure collaborations with universities, think tanks, and other organizations.
- Manage relationships with institutional partners to drive program participation and growth.

**4. Operational Support**:

- Maintain program documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Track program metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Reporting to

Senior Fellow, CCS Academy
- Qualifications & Experience

**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, or Social Sciences).
- 0-3 years of experience in program management, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for creating marketing materials.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in the education, non-profit, or public policy sectors.
- A basic understanding of public policy concepts and frameworks.
- Experience in event management or stakeholder engagement.
