**Job Title**: Trainer - Russian Handwritten Projects

This role requires frequent **travel between Chennai and Tindivanam**, overseeing training sessions, monitoring data quality, and ensuring project consistency across both locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on reading, interpreting, and processing **Russian handwritten documents**.
- Create training materials, guides, and best practices tailored to the project.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth onboarding and skill development.
- Travel regularly between **Chennai and Tindivanam** to supervise and support local teams.
- Ensure project goals, timelines, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
- Provide assistance in troubleshooting language or document interpretation issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in training, data entry, or document processing projects, preferably involving handwritten or language-specific content.
- Strong command over **Russian language**, especially in reading and understanding **handwritten text**.
- Experience creating and delivering structured training programs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to **travel regularly between Chennai and Tindivanam**.
- Familiarity with data entry tools and quality control processes.

**Preferred**:

- Background in linguistics, translation, or language training.
- Previous experience with OCR tools or handwritten document digitization.
- Experience in managing regional teams or multi-location training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
