**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for videos, presentations, social media content, website elements, and other marketing materials.
- Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize concepts and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Create and manipulate visual elements, including typography, illustrations, images, and video footage.
- Select appropriate audio, music, and sound effects to enhance the visual experience.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics, animation techniques, and software advancements.
- Maintain an organized library of assets and project files.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Film, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in video editing and post-production.
- Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation best practices.
