**Future of work: Mandate 2** Under mandate 2, Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up. **In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to the office during which employees are expected to oblige.
**Context**:
The Food++ CEO’s Office works closely with the Food++ CEO (who heads Food + Dineout + key central functions incl. Delivery Org, CC-CX, Corporate Comms and Government Relations) in driving critical, high-leverage activities and decisions across Business Health, Strategic Projects, Business Processes, and People & Culture. The technical advisor is responsible for helping the CEO keep a strong pulse on the company's overall business health, driving important activities to closure and in driving strategic projects as necessary. The TA’s efforts focus on providing leverage to the CEO by synthesizing key reflections/insights, identifying and driving necessary change and ensuring delivery of key activities to grow the business by working with the relevant stakeholders.
You will be on of two key people helping the Food++ TA team provide leverage to the Food++ TA team. The expectations of the role are:
- Driving analyses independently and arrive at insights with recommendations-
- You will have multiple streams of insighting to pursue and a few adhoc ones where you’d be expected to drive them individually to drive change-
- Being on top of all key AIs from Food++ CEO meetings and driving them to closure-
- Shadow the Food++ CEO in relevant meetings and make note of points discussed and AIs taken-
- Being on top of all the minutes/AIs and ensure close looping them. The expectation is that you will ensure that no AI slips-
- Provide your counsel and opinions on topics of discussion in these forums by reading documents shared earlier (more of a learning curve, but core expectation 3-6M down the line)-
- Supporting the TA org in driving strategic projects-
- Will need to extend analytical/closure support on strategic projects that are pursued by the TA team**Desired skills**:
- Strong analytical capabilities and high comfort in SQL and decent understanding of Swiggy data architecture- Strong problem solver- Adept in synthesizing information and presenting a cogent and succinct point of view
- Builds strong working relationships with people and is comfortable in driving cross functional conversations
