**ADMISSION COUNSELOR**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guidance and Counseling**: Offer personalized guidance to students and families on admissions requirements, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
- **Conduct Campus Tours**: Organize and lead tours, virtual or in-person, to showcase the campus facilities and provide insight into student life.
- **Represent the Institution**: Participate in college fairs, community events, and high school visits to promote the institution and connect with potential applicants.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the admissions database and assist in tracking admissions metrics and reporting.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work with the financial aid, student services, and academic departments to ensure a smooth admissions process for incoming students.
- **Contribute to Marketing Efforts**: Support marketing campaigns by distributing materials, updating admissions-related content, and sharing success stories.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required, but any experience in customer service, counseling, or educational services is a plus. Freshers can apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective students and families.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for higher education and helping students achieve their goals.
- **Languages** : English, kannada, Hindi, Tamil and Malyalam(optional)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
