**Job Title: Production Supervisor (FMCG)**
**Reports To**: Production Manager / Plant Manager
**Industry**: FMCG (Food, Beverage, Personal Care, etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Monitor production lines and workforce to ensure smooth operation and mínimal downtime.
- Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Train and motivate operators and line workers to maintain high performance.
- Maintain production reports, logbooks, and performance metrics.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement lean manufacturing or Kaizen techniques.
- Address and resolve any production issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize waste.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, equipment, and processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
