**Job Title**: Dispatch Supervisor - Diaper Distribution

**Job Summary**:
The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the dispatch operations for diaper production and distribution. This includes managing a team of dispatchers, coordinating shipping schedules, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years in a logistics or warehouse management role, preferably within the manufacturing
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to ensure that every order is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle any issues that arise during the dispatch process.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills to coordinate between different departments and teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or dispatch software is a plus.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, often requiring flexibility in hours to accommodate shipping schedules.
- Work in a warehouse or distribution center, which may involve physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks at once.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,348.66 - ₹18,180.38 per month
