1. Oversee the planning and implementation of civil construction projects,including scheduling,budgeting and resource management.

2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to develop project plans and scope of work.

3. Ensure that construction projects comply with legal requirements and local building codes.

4. Manage and supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

5. Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management and project stakeholders.

6. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure that construction is being carried out according to plans and specifications.

7. Ensure that safety regulations are being followed on the construction site.

8. Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process and provide solutions to problems.

9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project.

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

11. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

12. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Accommodation to be provided at project site.
- Must have experience in any Real Estate Company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
